With over 20 years' experience in the worlds of banking and trading, and a history of pivotal director roles at industry-leading corporations, Rajesh oversees all global operations at Axi. It is his mission to give our traders and partners the edge they need to succeed.

With extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, Simon is responsible for Axi's global risk, legal and compliance matters. He ensures Axi implements appropriate frameworks, abides by regulatory standards, and delivers all staff training and operations to world-class standards.

Gavin is responsible for building strong relationships with broker dealers, hedge funds and other institutional trading businesses. With over 20 years in financial services and extensive pan-European and Asian exposure, he knows the industry inside out.

After over 20 years' in financial services and a variety of roles spanning from Hong Kong to London, Himanshu has been an instrumental figure in the front office for various leading banks. Now, he's responsible for overseeing Axi's finance and middle office.
